I am Timothy Joseph, Previews Division Director & head of The Joseph Realty Group for Coldwell Banker - Beverly Hills North. Having practiced real estate since 1994, I am recognized as a top 1% agent for Coldwell Banker Internationally. My focus is on residential properties in the Westside of Los Angeles particularly in the Beverly Hills, Bel-Air, Holmby Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Westwood & Sunset Strip areas.
I have sold most property types, including but not limited to estate, view, beach, expired listing, REO, probate, trust & dissolution of marriage assets as well as apartment buildings, condominiums, land & builder speculation. Prior to practicing real estate, I was the top sales representative, in the world, for a Fortune 500 technology company. I then co-founded a start-up technology company that is still in business & finished my corporate career as the Sales & Marketing Director for a third technology firm. My background in sales, marketing & technology, coupled with my 15 years of experience in real estate, ensure that I can handle the most complex real estate transactions.
My hobbies include competing in world class poker tournaments, motocross, volunteer work, traveling & enjoying special times with family & friends. I am also an avid animal lover, environmentally responsible & socially conscious in all facets of my personal & professional life.
