Bel-Air is a wonderful part of the Westside offering some of the world's finest estates, mostly in Lower Bel-Air, to more modest homes in the upper Bel-Air area. Bound by Sunset Boulevard to the South & Scenic Mulholland Drive to the North (with Beverly Hills as the East border & the 405 Freeway as the West border) this centrally located part of Los Angeles provides great diversity from starting homes to major real estate holdings.
